Nearly 3,000 Americans lost their lives on September 11, 2001 in the deadliest terrorist attack on American soil. As we commemorate the 14^th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks on our country, we honor the victims and their families and express gratitude to those who worked tirelessly in the aftermath of this tragedy.

Two of our Dental Product Shopper evaluators, Dr. Glen Goldstein and Dr. Kent Caserta, played a crucial role in identifying victims of the 9/11 tragedy.

Glen Goldstein, DMD of Randolph, New Jersey, helped identify victims of both the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the subsequent crash of American Airlines flight 587.

Goldstein tells Dental Product Shopper about his experience:

One of my patients, Nick Rowe, was on the top floor of the World Trade Center and was lost that day. His loss and my commitment to give back gave me urgency to help in any way I could. I spent many months on Fridays going to New York and working at the medical examiner’s office.  What I saw was horrific and very difficult for all, but I was honored to help bring closure to the families of all of those innocent victims.
