While he first attended college to become a medical doctor, Dr. Glen Goldstein decided to venture into dentistry after his classmates suggested it. He volunteered at a local hospital’s dental office and grew a passion to learn more. Since then, he’s performed countless procedures and has been treating pearly whites for well over three decades!
Once he earned his Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University, Dr. Goldstein went on to receive his Doctor of Medical Dentistry at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey. Even after graduating, he regularly pursues continuing education courses to refine his skills and spends a significant amount of time at the Piper Education and Research Institute and the Dawson Academy.
Other than being a member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association, Dr. Goldstein has received a Fellowship and Diplomate status within the International Congress of Oral Implantology. He even lectures on TMJ disorder and has undergone extensive training to offer the highest quality care.
When he isn’t at the office, Dr. Goldstein spends much of his time with his family. He also enjoys running, weightlifting, yoga, flying planes, scuba diving (particularly with sharks), and practicing martial arts!
Growing up with a dentist as his father, Dr. Zachary Goldstein already had a head start in beginning his career in the dental field. After he worked for his father during the summers, he realized the potential of having a fulfilling role in helping the community by treating people’s smiles. Following in his father’s footsteps, he’s able to offer high-quality and life-changing dental care that helps improve the overall quality of life for his patients.
After graduating from the University of Maryland-College Park, Dr. Goldstein moved on to attend Rutgers School of Dental Medicine to earn his Doctor of Medical Dentistry. He received honors and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon national honor society.
Today, Dr. Goldstein is a proud and active member of the American Dental Association and the New Jersey Dental Association. He also underwent advanced training in several specialty topics such as dental implants, orthodontics, restorative dentistry, TMJ disorders, and the principles of occlusion.
At home, Dr. Goldstein likes exercising and spending time outdoors whenever he can. He’s also been a runner for years and competed in both half-marathons and full ones. He enjoys fishing to explore new places, plays golf, and is a certified scuba diver!

It’s important for patients to seek emergency dental care even if they suspect the situation is not serious. If pain is evident or damage has occurred to teeth or soft tissues, it’s always best to let the professionals take a look. To do this, we recommend an individual call our office right away to schedule an appointment. We provide same-day emergency visits, so our team will work quickly to get a patient in to see one of our dentists.
The type of treatment an individual receives will be based on the severity and underlying cause of the damage. While this can be concerning to some, especially if money is a factor, it’s important to remember that receiving emergency dental care right away will reduce the chances of more invasive and costlier treatment in the future.
No two patients have the same criteria when seeking dental care. While some are more focused on finding a practice that specializes in certain types of dentistry, others emphasize location or whether the dentist is in-network with their dental insurance plan.
It’s important to identify a few key areas that are non-negotiable. These may include:
Patients can find much of the information needed by visiting various websites and reading the bios of the dentist and staff. It can also be helpful to read reviews or schedule a visit to tour the office.
If a patient is interested in booking an appointment with one of our dentists online, the process is quite simple:
This process is straightforward, making it easier for busy patients to quickly book their appointment without ever having to pick up the phone.
It is not uncommon for patients to assume that they cannot afford to see a dentist, especially if they do not have dental insurance. While it is true that using one’s insurance plan is one of the best ways to save money on oral healthcare, it is not the only way.
Many dental practices offer alternative payment options to ease the financial burden of those visiting for treatment. At Randolph Dental Care, our dentists near Flanders are pleased to provide a membership club that requires patients to pay a low subscription fee to receive preventive care and discounted services.
Additionally, we partner with multiple third-party financiers, including CareCredit, Ally, Lending Club, Patientfi, Proceed Finance, FinFi, and Alphaeon. By choosing one of their flexible payment plans, patients can stay within budget and enjoy more affordable dental care.
