United Healthcare Coverage Availability & Fees

- 80% of minor restorative services are covered.

After paying your deductible, your dental insurance will pay some of the costs for common restorative procedures until you reach your yearly limit.

They have pre-negotiated rates with preferred dental practices to lower out-of-pocket expenses. You have the freedom to visit any dentist that accepts your coverage, even if they are out-of-network.
